Agreement

By accessing or using The Gateway Process website and programs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What You're Purchasing

When you purchase a program (Beginner Tier or Gateway 45), you receive:

• Lifetime access to the program content at the tier you purchased
• Daily coaching content, guided audio, and streak tracking
• Access to the technique library associated with your tier

Both programs are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or hidden fees.

Gateway 45 Cashback

Gateway 45 participants who complete all 45 consecutive days of the challenge are eligible for a 25% cashback refund (~$37). Completion is tracked via the program's built-in streak system. Cashback is processed within 14 business days of verified completion.

The Gateway 45 operates on an honor system. You are responsible for honestly tracking your own progress.

Community Access

Community access is earned by completing the Gateway 45 challenge. It cannot be purchased separately. We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.

Refund Policy

Because the program content is delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for the program itself. The Gateway 45 cashback (25% upon completion) is the financial incentive built into that tier. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Your Responsibilities

• You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share your program access with others.
• You agree to use the community (if earned) respectfully and in accordance with community guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site -- including program materials, copy, guided audio, and design -- is owned by The Gateway Process. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Gateway Process provides a daily practice system based on published research. We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
