- To send you the email nurture sequence (if you opted in via the Day 1 lead magnet)

What We Don't Do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We don't spam you.
- We don't use your health or progress data for anything other than delivering the program.
Third-Party Services

- ConvertKit for email delivery
- Vercel for hosting
- Supabase for data storage
Each has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to do their job.
Your Rights
You can:

- Request a copy of all data we have on you
- Request deletion of your data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
