Not a neuroscientist. Not a therapist. Not a biohacker with a $10,000 morning routine.

A person who burned out, couldn't sleep, tried every app and advice thread on the internet—and none of it worked. Not because the practices were bad. Because there was no structure. No one said “do this on day one, add this on day seven, here's what week three looks like.”

So he started building one for himself. Water first thing. Phone off. Breathwork. Cold exposure. Movement. Journaling. An evening routine. One practice at a time, in a specific order, until it became a daily protocol he could follow without thinking about it.

Judd does every practice in The Gateway Process daily. Not as a job. As a life. This system wasn't designed in a lab. It was built by someone who lives it.

Cold exposure has been reviewed across 104 studies for mood, inflammation, and stress resilience.

Exercise, sunlight, and sleep hygiene have decades of evidence behind them.

Journaling and gratitude have moderate but consistent evidence—stronger when stacked with physical practices.

Some of the research is strong. Some is promising. Some is still emerging. We'll always tell you which is which. No overclaiming. No “breakthrough science.” No citing a rat study like it proves something in humans.
